The charge for hire of the hall is increasing to \u00a312 per hour from September 1st 2025 (see below for booking form).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Pavilion<\/strong>&nbsp;can accommodate 60 seated on chairs and a selection of long trestle tables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.walberton-pc.gov.uk\/ImageHandler.ashx%3FImageUid=856cf56e-4fa8-4483-b866-4f2f4ff0b920\" alt=\"Pavilion interior with tables\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a simple kitchen with a fridge, kettle, hot water heater, basic cooker and a mix of crockery and some cutlery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suitable for private meetings, displays, parties and is used by many local organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are toilets and changing facilities available in the Pavilion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is also a children\u2019s play area adjacent to the Pavilion but please note that this is not available for private hire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We do not normally accept bookings from under 18s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contact Walberton Parish Clerk \u2013 Shona Turner<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Office \u2013 01243 554528 Open Tuesday &amp; Thursday 9 am to 1230 pm.
