We are using online meetings to allow us to continue with Council business safely during the lockdown period.
How can I access them?
We are holding our meetings using the Zoom platform. You can
- either download and install Zoom on your device by visiting https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting.
- or use the Zoom web client by clicking on the link to the meeting provided in your web browser. Please note that not all web browsers support the full experience.
Whichever option you choose, you will be required to set up an account with Zoom first.
The meeting ID and password will be available on request to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be sent the necessary information the day before a meeting.
You will be able to view the full meeting, but you will not be able to interact with the councillors during the proceedings.
We kindly request that you submit any questions concerning items on the agenda that you would like to raise at the meeting in advance. Please submit them by email to the Clerk, Andy Peppler, on email@example.com by 5pm on the Friday preceeding the meeting.
Online meetings will not be recorded, but will be minuted as normal and the minutes will be published on the Walberton Parish Council website.
Please note that Zoom stores information outside the UK and EU, and may share information with third parties. This may include information that you provide when signing up for a Zoom account to access our meetings. More information concerning Zoom's data handling policy can be found at https://zoom.us/privacy.
