Cancellation of Home Delivery Service
Please accept our sincerest apologies but we are having to withdraw our Home Delivery Service with immediate effect. We simply do not have enough staff to carry out the email monitoring, payment processing, stock pulling & delivering at this time. Due to shielding, not all members of staff have been able to return to work, & now the garden centre has reopened our priority must be the safety of our staff & customers on-site.
We would like to thank everyone of you for your patience during the period we were able to offer home deliveries, demand was unprecedently high. We struggled to keep up...we did not keep up! But we did the very best we could & are very proud that we managed to deliver to over 1500 customers during the garden centre lockdown. Our staff worked tirelessly every single day & did a fantastic job under very unusual circumstances.
Please, once again accept our apologies for this withdrawal, it is not a decision we have made lightly. We are sorry if you have been waiting a long time & now will not receive a delivery from us. As & when we are able to reinstate our Home Deliveries we will be doing so, but for now we have had to make the difficult decision to withdraw them.
If you have an outstanding delivery issue, these are being sorted over the coming days. But for all emailed orders that have not been processed & paid, we regret we will be unable to fulfil them. We hope you will be able to come & visit us in person, as we would love to welcome you back to the garden centre. And if not, we hope you have family members or neighbours that may be able to visit on your behalf.
